After a careless bit of reversing by my son into my daughters brand new car we had to use them for repair.  They worked through all sorts of problems with KIA in terms of getting parts.  The repair was done perfectly, and the end result sensational.  Car was returned with a full clean outside and in.  A minor electrical problem followed which was not their fault at all, but they honoured the repair at another garage for this.  That is going the extra mile.  All staff inside the business were courteous to a fault and the panel beaters were clear and concise in terms of explaining what needs to be done and how it will be done.  My daughter and I felt that our job "mattered" to them and what would normally be a painful experience was made easy.  I hope we don't see them for a while of course but I will be referring them from here on in.

Said they had all the parts. Which they didn’t. They lied. Have pushed the time frames as they can’t organise themselves correctly. Said other cars went in front of ours. Second excuse was parts hadn’t come in.

There care factor for you is zero. No apologies.
